Yes, accepting the General Conditions is a mandatory requirement to become a NOS supplier.
Yes. By accepting NOS’s General Conditions, you also agree to comply with the NOS Sustainability Requirements for Suppliers and Partners, the Code of Ethics, the Anti-Corruption Policy, the General Information Security Policy, and the Customer Privacy Policy.
Proposals submitted are assessed based on:
1) Technical analysis, including compliance with technical requirements;
2) Economic conditions;
3) Evaluation of the supplier’s financial standing, risk profile, market references, performance, security & privacy, and sustainability criteria.
The payment term is 90 days from the invoice issue date.
